We offer a variety of shipping options, including Free Standard Shipping (on select sales and products), Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping within the contiguous 48 United States.
Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are not eligible for Free Standard Shipping.
Orders over $ 250 items may require an adult signature upon delivery based on individual circumstances.

All items purchased from WhimsicalWinds.com are shipped under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title pass to you once the item is delivered to the carrier (UPS, USPS).
All items are insured for the base carrier commercial value: 0 for UPS and for USPS. If you need to make an insurance claim, you must cooperate with the insurance company or its representative to receive compensation for damages or loss during shipping.
Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped Monday through Friday from New Jersey. Whitehall products will ship from the manufacturer in Michigan. Standard ground orders will usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address.
Special, engraved, and personalized items may require up to 5 additional business days for processing. During peak seasons (April 1 - July 31, and October 15 - December 23), delays may occur, so please plan ahead.
Overnight orders are given top priority and usually ship within 12 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). UPS transit time does NOT include the day the package is received and processed. These orders may arrive within 1 business day if placed by 11am EST, Monday through Friday. Custom orders are not eligible for overnight delivery.
If your order is damaged during transit, please refuse the shipment and inform the carrier. Contact us at [email protected] or call us at (856)-210-6091 to arrange for a shipping insurance claim.
Shipping charges are refunded only if the error is on our part. If you received an incorrect item or damaged goods, please contact us for assistance. Refunds for shipping will be adjusted if only part of your order is returned.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Any modifications to your order, such as canceling items or changing shipping details, may affect your eligibility for discounts and free shipping.
Returned items are still subject to regular shipping fees. If the returned items affect your order's total cost, shipping fees or discounts may be deducted from your refund.
